We provide Certification to get the Energy Rating completed on your new home or renovation using Software approved by NatHERS.

We are an Accredited TPA [Thermal Performance Assessor] with Design Matters National as a Corporate Member, and authorised to provide NatHERS Certification and Energy Ratings.

Whole of Home Accreditation
If your project is in NSW, we can help you with getting your BASIX Certificate.
As an Accredited Assessor, we conduct Simulations for the Thermal Comfort Index of BASIX.
Along with this you get your Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme Certificate showing the Heating and Cooling loads required to submit with your BASIX Certificate.
We also offer to complete the BASIX Certificate for you based on your Water targets, and Energy targets you provide.

Whole of Home Accreditation
BESS - Built Environment Sustainability Scorecard
Whole of Home Accreditation
Due to new regulations throughout various States of Australia, Accreditation is required to perform Whole of Home assessments to calculate the energy usage of appliances.
As of May 1 2024, the Whole of Home {WoH} Assessment is now required through out a number of States in Australia, as part of the NatHERS Assessment. This Certification is a requirement when lodging new/renovation projects from the above date.
Ensure you use an accredited Home Energy Efficiency Assessor.

BESS - Built Environment Sustainability Scorecard
BESS is the only dedicated tool in Victoria for assessing Sustainable Design at the planning permit stage. Across 29 Councils in Victoria, Bess is designed to assist development applicants and councils achieve sustainable design outcomes for the community. The Municipal Association of Victoria (MAV) owns BESS, while the Council Alliance for a Sustainable Build Environment (CASBE) operates BESS on behalf of its member councils.

The Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB) ensures safe and sustainable building and plumbing systems through regulatory and non-regulatory measures, in collaboration with governments and industry. The ABCB have many programs, committees and governance arrangements to support them in achieving this mission, and here you can find out more about what we do.
Under the ABCB you can find Energy Efficiency guidelines and requirements for residential buildings to increase the level of thermal comfort and energy usage.
Compliance to these guidelines is required Australia Wide.
